Frequently asked questions
What is a sigil?
In this app, a sigil is a personal symbol made from your own words or numbers using a documented method. It's a focus and reflection tool — a reminder of what you've decided to work on.
Will this make my wishes come true?
No app can guarantee outcomes. What we offer are structured practices — clarifying an intention, planning, repetition, reflection — that many people find helpful for focus and follow-through. We track your actions separately from outcomes and never claim a practice caused a result.
Who can see my intentions and journal?
Only you. Every record is private by default and protected by database row-level security. Staff dashboards show aggregate counts, not your entries. Notifications hide intention text unless you choose otherwise.
Can I use it without an account?
Yes. Guest mode stores drafts only in this browser on this device. If you sign in later, you can choose to import them. Clearing browser data deletes guest drafts.
Do you use AI?
Only if you opt in, and only to suggest wording you can edit or reject. Number tables, geometry and lunar calculations are deterministic and never generated by AI. Without AI, all features work with curated templates.
Can I write in Hindi?
Yes. Your text is saved exactly as you write it. Methods that need Latin letters (letter strokes, number tables) ask you for a transliteration rather than converting Hindi silently.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Go to Profile → Plan & billing and choose Cancel. You keep access until the end of the paid period, and you can always view and export what you created.
Is there a mobile app?
It's a progressive web app: install it from your browser on Android, iPhone/iPad (Share → Add to Home Screen), or desktop. See the Install page for device-specific steps and limitations.
What if I'm going through a very hard time?
This app is not a substitute for professional care. In India, Tele-MANAS (14416) offers free 24×7 mental-health support; elsewhere, findahelpline.com lists local services. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
