Refund policy

Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time from Profile → Plan & billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days and we will refund that renewal.

One-time purchases

Single Kits and Core lifetime purchases can be refunded within 7 days if you have not substantially used them (for example, a Kit credit that has not been redeemed).

How refunds work

Refunds are issued through the original payment provider. When a refund is processed, related paid access ends. Content you created remains yours to view and export.
