Summary
Your intentions, journals, recordings and images are private by default. We use them only to provide the service to you. We do not sell personal data or use your journal content to train AI models.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, sign-in times and preferences (language, time zone, display settings).
- Your content: intentions, sigils, journal entries, affirmations, recordings, images, plans and progress you choose to save. Optional fields such as a birth date are never required.
- Billing: plan, order and payment references from our payment providers (Razorpay for INR, Stripe for other currencies). We never receive or store full card numbers.
- Technical: limited security logs, and anonymous counts of which features are used (no account identifier, never your written text). Pseudonymous per-account usage analytics are recorded only if you opt in.
How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our hosting providers. Database row-level security ensures each record can only be read by its owner. Staff dashboards show aggregate counts, not your entries. Notifications hide intention text unless you choose otherwise.
AI features
AI suggestions are off unless you turn them on. When on, only the minimum text needed (for example, the intention you ask to rephrase) is sent to our AI provider to generate suggestions; it is not used to train models under our agreement. All features work without AI.
Guest mode
In guest mode, drafts are stored only in your browser on your device. Nothing is uploaded unless you sign in and choose to import.
Your choices and rights
You can view, edit, export (JSON) and delete your content at any time from Profile → Privacy & data. Account deletion removes your content and private media after a 7-day grace period. Limited billing records are retained where tax or accounting law requires, detached from your profile.
